Corporate Resource Cell
Training, internships, placements — one continuous pipeline
The Corporate Resource Cell is the bridge between the classroom and the corporate world. It works with every PGDM student from the first semester onwards, so that by the time final placements begin, each candidate has been trained, tested and already proven in a real workplace. 96.3% of our alumni are in work or further study within six months of completing the programme.

Training
Aptitude practice, group discussions, resume clinics and mock interviews run through the semesters, alongside certifications in analytics and professional skills.

Internships
A summer internship after the second semester puts every student inside a real business, and the cell arranges paid internships with its partner companies.
- 03
Final placements
Campus drives, job fairs and off-campus tie-ups bring recruiters across IT services, manufacturing, aviation, banking, insurance and FMCG to the cohort.
